was originally an offshore oil drilling company registered in the State of Delaware - Company Number 3041474 since 1999, with an authorized capital of $2,500,000 headed by its Founder and President Mr. Michel ROUX. Over the years our vocation has evolved into the acquisition of interests in mining, industrial, real estate and commercial companies as well as in the search for and promotion of raw materials, but also consulting and auditing for business development.
